Massage membership waitlist form

    • Billing occurs each month using your preferred card on file.

    • Each month you get one session credit.

    • Each session is tailored to your needs, with all add-ons included.

    • Credits are nonrefundable. Unused credits roll over for up to 3 months, then expire.

    • You can give your credits to friends or family up to three times a year.

    • Members get priority booking and are booked before non-members; members also get first access to new schedules. I’ll do my best to fit you in each month despite conflicts.

    • Members get up to two late-cancellation fee waivers per year. After that, normal cancellation fees apply. This does not cover no-shows. Missed appointments without notice will incur the standard no-show fee.

    • No contracts or extra fees. Join or cancel anytime. Memberships can’t be paused and are limited to one per calendar year (for example, if you join in October for three months and cancel, you can’t rejoin until next October).

    credit for one 90 minute massage a month

    credit for one 120 minute massage a month
