A session can be a blend of techniques designed to provide full body relaxation to reduce stress, tension, and anxiety.
For those dealing with specific pain or discomfort, a 90 min session can be used to address those areas. This treatment will target one or two specific areas of the body that need extra attention and utilize techniques that are specifically tailored to provide relief and healing to those areas.
75 min healing bodywork session & Consultation

- 10 minutes dedicated to a check in, collaborating on the best treatment plan for you, and time appointed for undressing.
- 5 minutes dedicated at the end of the session for dressing and checking out. This is a good time to review the session, ask any questions, and reschedule your next appointment.
- This leaves roughly 60 minutes for table time.

You provide the space and I will bring a massage table or chair and all the necessary items. These in-home services are available to all new and returning female clients and all returning male clients. New male clients must either be referred by a client or be a returning client.
