Hi, I’m Fauna.
I believe that the mind and body are interconnected, and that taking care of one means taking care of the other. As a bodyworker and massage therapist, I am passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies and find relief from physical discomfort and tension. I also enjoy exploring different forms of holistic wellness, from aromatherapy and herbal remedies to energy healing and meditation. When I'm not working with clients or learning about wellness practices, you'll often find me spending time outside in nature, crafting something with my hands, or enjoying a swim in the water.
My approach
My focus is on providing not only physical relief but also on creating a soothing experience for the nervous system to relax. By using gentle, deep, effective and calming techniques, I aim to help clients find a sense of tranquility and release tension from both the body and mind.
I am committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for individuals from all backgrounds. Recognizing the importance of representation and understanding the unique needs of marginalized communities, I welcome and support queer individuals and people of color. With a deep respect for diversity, I strive to ensure that every client feels comfortable, respected, and valued throughout their massage sessions.
My approach extends to assisting in injury recovery. By utilizing a combination of targeted techniques and a comprehensive understanding of the body's healing process, I can help alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and promote faster recovery. Whether it's a sports-related injury or a chronic condition, A bodywork session is tailored to address individual needs and support the body's natural healing abilities.

In my late teens and 20’s I left home to experience community living, and organic-regenerative farming. I spent many seasons volunteering at local farms in the Willamette and Rogue valley in exchange for a humble place to stay. It was during this time that I was introduced to gentle and loving practices like yoga, meditation, qigong, and non-violent communication… TO BE CONTINUED
